Fuel Cells
Praxair has been providing hydrogen fuel and related technical support to zero-emission vehicle and fuel-cell developers for more than a decade. Praxair is a sustaining member of the National Hydrogen Association (NHA), an organization that focuses on the development of the future hydrogen economy, and we participate in many of the NHA's technical working groups.
Praxair is working with energy customers and automotive partners to develop hydrogen technology and infrastructure. The focus of our efforts is to gain real-world operational experience with a variety of ways to supply hydrogen, primarily for fuel cells, in order to identify the most cost-effective approach down the road.
Moreover, as a leading hydrogen supplier, Praxair has the capability to provide hydrogen for fuel cells in a full range of supply options, from large bulk supply to high-pressure cylinders.

| Praxair helped General Motors make history in May 2007 by providing hydrogen for its Chevy Sequel, the first fuel-cell vehicle in the world to travel 300 miles without refueling.
