Specially designed to meet the stringent product specification required by the semiconductor industry and also beneficial to other industries, Praxair offers a complete line of electronics-grade and ultrahigh-purity (UHP) cryogenic nitrogen plants capable of purity levels up to 99.999999 percent (8.0 Grade) and ranging in size from less than 2,000 standard cubic feetper hour (50 cubic meters per hour) to more than 500,000 standard cubic feet per hour (13,000 cubic meters per hour).
