Using liquid nitrogen as the refrigerant, the cryo-condensation process cools the emissions in a process stream to very low temperatures in proprietary and patented heat exchangers, characterized for their high fractionating capacity of vapors and gases. The emissions are separated by decreased vapor pressure, condensing the VOCs and returning valuable products back into your operation. The refrigeration is supplied through indirect heat exchange with liquid nitrogen. The warmed nitrogen is then utilized for purging and blanketing operations.
